We are changing our name to Asso Stone effective 7/1/2018.

While our name might be changing our great prices and dependable services are not.

We hope we can serve you in the future and you can appreciate the Asso Stone difference!

Q: How much do you charge per square foot?

A: Square footage costs range depending on the type of stone chosen. We offer levels that group stone of similar price point together. Usually a level’s price range will be $20 and level one starts at $40 per square foot.

Q: What form of payment methods do you offer?

A: We accept cash and personal checks with no fee. For all major credit cards there is a 3.4% processing fee.

Q: Do you have stone available to choose from?

A: We do have a limited amount of full slabs for kitchen countertops projects and a large selection of partial slabs or remnants available that are ideal for bathrooms and other smaller projects.

Q: If I don’t know my square footage can you send someone out to take measurements and is there a charge for that?

A: We offer free quotes and in house measurements for any job large or small and usually have appointments available within 24 hours of contacting us.

Q: How long does the entire process take?

A: Once the stone is selected and the contract signed most projects are installed within 7 to 10 business days.

Q: What do I need to do to prepare for my new counter tops to be installed?

A: Remove all items on the current counter’s surface, as well as, removing any drawers or covering any items in the drawers to limit dust or debris from the installation. Creating a clear path for the installers to bring in the stone material.

Q: What should I do to properly maintain my granite, marble or other natural stone?

A: The stones we install are sealed at the quarry then resealed again after installation. Most stones should be resealed, every 1-3 years depending on wear and tear, using a natural stone sealer that can be found at any home improvement store.

Q: Will my natural stone kitchen countertops be free of any imperfections?

A: While we polish and seal all of the stone we install due to the inherent nature of the stone there will still be porous sections, small cracks and fissures either externally or internally with the stone that cannot be prevented. We do warranty the stone we install against breakage when it is not deemed intentional or accidental.

Q: Once I pay the deposit can I get my money back?

A: The 50% deposit is non-refundable and is necessary, so that we can secure the material for your kitchen countertops or bathroom project.
